How to Purchase Tickets

Call the Memphis Symphony Orchestra Box Office at
(901) 537-2525.

Hours are weekdays from 9 am – 5 pm, and concert Saturdays from 10 am – 2 pm. The Box Office is also open 90 minutes prior to each performance at its respective venue.

All ticket orders are processed in order of date received. Please include all contact and payment information and an indication of seating choices.

Ticket Policies

Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal checks (made payable to the Memphis Symphony Orchestra) and cash. There is a $5 processing fee for all credit card transactions. All sales are final.

Refunds/Exchanges

There are no refunds or exchanges on single ticket purchases or returned tickets. Subscribers have the benefit of exchanging their season tickets. There is no exchange fee for subscribers, however all subscription ticket exchanges are subject to availability. Ticket exchanges must be made up to three days before the date of the performance.

Donations/Returns

If you are unable to attend a performance at the last minute, your unused tickets may be donated to the Memphis Symphony Orchestra as a tax-deductible contribution. Ticket donations will be accepted by phone and fax up to three days prior to the concert. You must provide the Box Office with your name, address, phone, concert date and seat location. Night of concert, ticket donations will be accepted in person at the Box Office before the performance. The Memphis Symphony Orchestra does not issue refunds for ticket purchases.

Lost Tickets

Lost tickets will be issued a ticket replacement voucher upon request.

Gift Certificates

Give the gift of music! Gift certificates to the Memphis Symphony Orchestra (subject to availability) may be purchased in any denomination.
