Can’t make a concert? Relax! As a season ticket patron, you can easily exchange the tickets for concerts you can’t attend for another performance. If you know you can’t make a performance, but aren’t sure for which concert to exchange, we can issue a Ticket Bank voucher for you to redeem at a later date. All exchanges must be made up to three days before the date of the performance. Also, you have the option to donate your tickets as a tax-deductible contribution to the Memphis Symphony Orchestra.
