Priority Seating & Tickets
Subscribers get the best seats in the house! As a season subscriber, you have the opportunity to purchase the best available seats for your series before tickets go on sale to the general public. You also have the same great seats all season and next year, too! Subscribers also have the opportunity to purchase tickets for special events, including Joshua Bell Plays Tchaikovsky, before they are available to the general public! Subscribers also receive the opportunity to purchase advance single tickets prior to the general public on-sale date.
Ticket Flexibility
As a season ticket holder, we have several options for when you can’t attend a performance:
• Performance Exchange - You may exchange your season tickets for same value seat tickets to another regular subscription concert in any series. There is no exchange fee, however, seating upgrades are waived up to $10; any upgrades over $10 value must be paid by patron. There are no exchanges into or from Special Events.
• Ticket Bank Coupon - If you know you can’t make a performance, but aren’t sure for which concert to exchange, we can issue a voucher for you to redeem at a later performance in the same season.
• Season Ticket Tax Credit - You also have the option to donate your tickets as a tax-deductible contribution to the Memphis Symphony Orchestra and receive a season ticket tax credit.
Please note that tickets may not be exchanged over the phone. All exchanges are in advance only and can be made up to 24 hours prior to the performance. Tickets may not be exchanged after a performance has taken place.
