A message from MSO about this crisis. 

All remaining concerts for the 2019-2020 season have been cancelled. If you have already purchased tickets to one of these concerts, please see below for some helpful options. If you have any questions or concerns please call us at (901) 537-2500 or email tickets@memphissymphony.org.

BOX OFFICE HOURS OF OPERATION

 

MSO Box Office and Administrative offices are temporarily closed due to the Covid-19 crisis and the MSO administration will be working remotely. Thank you for your patience during this period. However, you are still able to reach out to us! Please call (901) 537-2500 or email tickets@memphissymphony.org. If you have to leave a voicemail we will respond as quickly as possible. 

 

Tickets for all Memphis Symphony Orchestra performances are available online for purchase 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Purchase tickets online.

You have questions? We have answers! 

Q: Where Are My Tickets? 

A: Once you purchase your tickets, we will mail them out to you the next business day. If you ordered the tickets the week of the performance (the Saturday, Sunday, or Monday before the concert), then we will hold your tickets for you at Will Call. You can pick up your tickets once you arrive to the performance venue an hour before the performance. The Will Call table is open until 30 minutes after the start of the performance.
 

Q: I ordered my tickets online, now what?

A: If you ordered tickets online, you should receive an email confirmation from our system. Please check your junk mail in case the confirmation went there. If you are concerned that your transaction did not go through properly or if you would like to confirm your purchase, please call us at (901) 537-2500 or email us at tickets@memphissymphony.org. Otherwise, you can expect your tickets in the mail or at Will Call, depending on when you ordered them.  Any tickets ordered the week of the concert will not be mailed and will be saved at Will Call.

Q: What if I lost my tickets? 

A: If you lost your tickets, simply give us a call at (901) 537-2500 or email us at tickets@memphissymphony.org. We will place your tickets in Will Call for the next performance you will attend.

 

Q: Where is Will Call located?

A: Cannon Center – in the lobby right next to the Cannon Center Box Office. If you purchased tickets from the Memphis Symphony, please proceed to Will Call. Look for the banner directing you to will call at each venue
 

Q: Can I have my tickets in hand immediately?

A: We are happy to give you your tickets as soon as you purchase them. Just come to the Box Office Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.  For more information and directions about our Box Office, please click here.



Q: Is there a ticket fee?

A: There is always ONE $5 processing fee for single ticket orders and a ONE $10 processing fee for subscription ticket orders when you purchase over the phone or online. There is a walk-up fee of $2.50 for single ticket purchases at the venue on the day of the performance. Fees per order (not per ticket). There is no processing fee for tickets purchased at the MSO Box Office prior to the day of the performance.
