Daniel has been a 3rd-5th grade string teacher in the public school system of Jackson, MS where he substituted as a violinist for the Mississippi Symphony Orchestra. As an alumnus of the Interlochen Art Academy, he became a teaching assistant for students at the Interlochen Arts Camp. He has been a regular violinist at the Med Grille, in Jackson, MS.
He has bachelor and master degrees in Music from the Rudi E. Scheidt School of Music at the University of Memphis. Through the Blackmon Fellowship, he will continue his studies towards an Artistic Diploma.
He studied abroad through the University of Memphis 2013 European Tour in Vienna and Salzburg Austria, Radolfzell, Germany, Lucerne, Switzerland. He was honorable mention in the 2011 WLOL Radio Station Young Artist Competition in Louisville, KY.
Daniel is recognized for his work in the hip-hop cultural movement as well as for jazz performances across the state of Mississippi. He is currently working on his third violin instrumental album.
