Join us for a special tribute to the legacy and sacrifice of the US Armed Forces. This concert features Copland’s Lincoln Portrait with a special guest narrator, and the world premiere of a new Requiem chronicling the US Armed Forces in the Pacific Theater from 1942 to 1975, and commemorating the 75th anniversary of the sacrifice of Navy Officer and aviator, Jesse L. Brown. This project was envisioned by Fred Smith and is dedicated to his fellow service men and women.
